The Inquisition Ep: 42

On how to shoot 1 mile and how to learn to be brave.

Tonight I’m shooting the shit with famed author of intra-national warfare factual fiction, competitive shooting pro, Glock factory team man, former Marine special operations command MARSOC, Green Beret, counter terrorism sniper and my dear friend Clay Martin. He and I cover the situation in Iran and broader theater, how the deck is stacked (against us) and what that could mean for America in the near and long term. There is a lot of stuff that you may be hearing for the first time, I haven’t much felt like talking about the conflict in a long wile but I have been keeping a close eye on it. Combined with Clay’s expertise on US strategic and tactical capabilities, the forces in theater, the limitations of US weapons systems and how much we have (or dont have) of them, I think you will get as clear a picture of what’s happening as possible without a security clearance.

We talk about the unstoppable march forward of internal conflict and the violence he and I view as inevitable. Most importantly, what to do about it and the crystalizing zen of combat. From Partisan to Guerrilla, we cover a lot.

This was a lot of fun, you’re in for a special treat.

Two of Clays books that I am glad I read (you will be too):

Concrete Jungle: A Green Beret’s guide to Urban Survival

Prairie Fire: Guidebook for Surviving Civil War 2
